3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement subject to a cancellation fee if shipping preparations have already begun.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or acts of God. We will assist with insurance claims when applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Wide Sourcing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
